Só um pensamento abstracto / Just a random thought

Lu está: lúgubre

Pronto, parem lá de me mandar e-mails e de me chatear no IM. Eu sei que o meu blog tem estado votado ao abandono nos últimos dias. E talvez a Lu também...
O insólito é que não me tem faltado companhia...
A Lu é assim. Quando pensa, escreve; quando pensa demais, nem consegue escrever.
Até já oiço a questão: "Afinal, em que é que tens andado a pensar demais, Lu?"
Nada de especial.
Só um pensamento abstracto.
Às vezes julgamo-nos muito seguros, mas somos tão frágeis que dependemos até de coisas impossíveis para nos sentirmos vivos.
Às vezes precisamos de uma determinada coisa e vamos à procura de outra totalmente diferente que, inconscientemente, pensamos servir como substituto.
Às vezes julgamos ter encontrado o que procurávmos e na verdade agarramo-nos a algo fictício.
Às vezes, não querendo ser usados, acabamos por usar os outros.
Não é que eu conheça alguém assim.
É só um pensamento abstracto...

ok, ok, stop sending me e-mails and bugging me on IM. I know my blog has been kinda down lately. Perhaps Lu has been down too...
The funny thing is that I haven't been in a lack of company...
That's Lu: whwn she thinks, she writes; when she thinks too much, she can't even write.
I can even hear the question: "What in the world have you been thinnking about too much, Lu?"
Nothing special.
Just a random thought.
Sometimes we consider ourselves so secure, but we're actually so fragile that we even depend on impossible things to feel alive.
Sometimes we need a certain thing and end up going after a totally different one that we, unconsciously think that will do as a substitute.
Sometimes we think we've found what we were looking for but actually cling on a bogus.
Sometimes, not wanting to be used, we end up using others.
Not that I know anyone like this.
It's just a random thought...
